MyWeightPath is a general wellness and lifestyle service. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or prescription recommendations, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. 5. Accounts and User Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

6. Project Purchases

MyWeightPath is sold as individual projects. Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may change over time. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

7. One-Time Purchase Model

Each project is a one-time digital service. Purchasing a project gives you access to that project only.

8. No Subscription / No Auto-Renewal

MyWeightPath does not use subscriptions and does not automatically renew or charge you again when a project ends. You choose if and when to continue.

9. Credits and Rewards

• Credits may be earned through consistent use of the service.
• Credits may be subject to eligibility rules and verification.
• Reward availability and reward types may vary or change over time.
• Credits associated with refunded or reversed purchases may themselves be reversed.

10. Referral Program

If a referral program is offered, credits may be granted for valid referrals. Referrals must involve genuine, distinct users.

11. No Cash Value

Credits have no cash value and are not transferable, except where a specific cash-reward redemption is explicitly offered and you meet its stated eligibility requirements.

12. Reward Eligibility and Anti-Abuse

We may review reward activity for abuse. Fraudulent activity, self-referral, duplicate accounts, automated activity, or manipulation of tracked results may lead to the reversal of credits, forfeiture of rewards, or suspension of access.

13. Refunds

Each MyWeightPath project is a one-time digital service. Once a project has started, purchases are generally non-refundable. Any refund rights required by applicable law or by the Apple App Store or Google Play remain unaffected.

14. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not submit false information to obtain credits or rewards.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

15. Intellectual Property

MyWeightPath, including its content, design, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute it without permission.

16. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party providers such as hosting, analytics, and payment processing. Their own terms and policies may apply to their services.

17. Disclaimers
