Frequently Asked Questions
Short answers about how MyWeightPath works, what it costs, and what it is not.
What is MyWeightPath?
MyWeightPath is a weight-management and healthy-habit service. Instead of a rigid diet, it gives you a short list of personalized daily actions, tracks how consistently you complete them, and adjusts your next plan based on your results.
Do I need to count calories?
No. MyWeightPath focuses on a small number of daily behaviours — things like replacing a sugary drink, walking after dinner, or setting an earlier snack cutoff — rather than calorie counting.
How does the 4-Week Adaptive Project work?
You get a plan each week for four weeks. At the end of every week your results are reviewed, and the next week's plan adapts: actions that worked are kept, easy ones are advanced, and difficult ones are modified to an easier target.
How much does it cost?
A 7-Day Project is US$4.99 and the 4-Week Adaptive Project is US$14.99. Both are one-time purchases. Your first 7-Day Project is free.
Is there a subscription?
No. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. Each project is a one-time purchase, and you choose if and when to continue.
How do credits work?
You collect credits by staying consistent with your daily actions. Credits can be redeemed for rewards: 2,000 credits for a free 1-Week Project, 4,000 credits for a free 4-Week Project, and 10,000 credits for a US$50 cash reward. Credits may be subject to eligibility rules.
Can I earn a US$50 cash reward?
The US$50 cash reward is offered at the 10,000-credit level. Reward availability and eligibility rules can vary, and credits linked to refunded or reversed purchases may be reversed. See our Terms of Service for details.
What does the Weight Path show?
It shows your measured weight over time alongside a projected range trending toward your goal. The projected range is an estimate based on your progress so far — it is not a guarantee.
What does Health Progress mean?
Health Progress summarises measurable things you actually did — steps, healthy choices, nights of sleep on target, and how many planned actions you completed. These are behavioural wellness indicators, not individualized disease-risk calculations.
Is MyWeightPath medical advice?
No. MyWeightPath provides general wellness and weight-management support. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
What happens after my free 7-day project?
Nothing happens automatically. There is no auto-renewal and no subscription. If you want to continue, you can choose another 7-Day Project or the 4-Week Adaptive Project.
